I work at the salon. So in most cases I would not leave a review as most would look past it as they might feel it is biased. I'm BEGGING that you keep reading to understand why I am leaving a review. I have had curly, frizzy, and unruly hair since I can remember. For the past 20 years I have worked in the right places to help me control this problem. I have had the best stylists at my fingertips but in all those years had always thought that "the too short", "the have to get it cut 2 weeks before so it can relax", "the two week frizzies" were just a curly girl problem that wouldn't go away. We brought Deva curl into Doria a few years ago and I can tell you that I will never EVER turn back. Madi cuts my hair exactly how it sits DRY. Not straight wet and pulled down? Not flat ironed and dry? Exactly how it sits when I wear my hair naturally curly and this has changed EVERYTHING!!! I no longer dread a haircut, I no longer have to have a few weeks to let it "settle" I go in and feel 100% better when I leave. I really hope you do not look past my review as biased. I can assure you I have never left a review on a place I currently work before. This is less of a "Doria" review (although I could say so much about that) but more of a DevaCut and the girls whom do it. Curly girl to curly girl!
