After a year at a well known salon, my normally curly hair was bone straight, dry, brittle, and an unbecoming color. I had lost hope that my curl could return. After reading reviews, I decided to give Matthew Robert Salon a try. I was extremely blessed to have an appointment with Laura! She was hesitant to give me a Devacurl cut because my hair was so straight, but saw previous pictures of me with curls, so it was a go. My cut was amazing, my new color outstanding, and after the rinse and the application of the Wave and Ultralight Devacurl products, MY CURLS were BACK!!! I was amazed, and could not be more thankful. There were tears!! I canno say enough about Laura, but also about the salon as a whole. They are truly a family, with an homey atmosphere. Matthew came by to greet me because I was a new client, and also saw the final reveal, and my overwhelming pleasure at my results! I am so happy to have found a new home for my hair, and have my next appointment solidly booked! There were so many happy folks leaving with wonderful looking hair; it is a must for you to give them a try. You will not be disappointed!!

I saw Laura on recommendation from a friend who has very similar curly girl hair as mine. I enjoyed chatting with her, and she was very expert as she worked through my curls. She gave me good tips for applying product, and advised me how to care for my dry, but voluminous curls. So happy with the outcome, and I'll be back to see her. Matt, the owner, also greeted me as he recognized I was a new client. Fantastic atmosphere, I highly recommend!
