I went here for my first ever Deva Cut. Had my cut by Rebecca who does have curly hair herself so I looked forward to it. Unfortunately she cut my hair very uneven - the right side is much longer than the left. It actually looks better when I brush out my curls to looser waves. She also thinned my hair out which made my hair too light and short to curl (I have looser curls/waves so when my hair is very short, like pixie cut it seems straight). It's now too short to get a re-do cut so I kind of just have to wait until it gets long enough.

I’ve been getting cuts at Sensa for a couple of years now, and been pleased each time. Letting my wavy/curly hair go grey naturally has meant some challenges. It definitely has a mind of its own! I always feel like I’m really listened to, and I always leave happy with what’s done, and more knowledgeable about how to maintain the look. Products that are appropriate for ME are demonstrated, not pushed, and the results speak for themselves. It’s clear that Alicia is dedicated to ongoing education and training for her stylists- when I’m there I see men and women customers happy with their transformations too. Downtown Seattle can be a little much in terms of parking and traffic, but parking quite nearby is super convenient so it’s always easy to get in.
