I’ve gotten my haircut there twice now, and taken my mom once, and they’re amazing. The customer service is great (they even have a woman who is specifically their receptionist so stylists don’t have to stop for the phone) and all devacuts we’ve had have also been great. They teach you everything you need to know about caring for your curls!! They’re not cheap by any means but I’d say it’s definitely worth it.
