not one to bash but honesty is a must with a review. I went in to the salon with clean, dry hair as instructed. Shannon looked at my hair and decided I didn’t need a cut (I had one 8 wks ago at my reg salon with wet hair) and we’d just style it. My issues were volume and dryness (low density, fine 2b waves). She used no poo and one condition original (which I new would be too heavy), b’leave in and wave maker and some clips. Put me under the dryer 😳(my hair hadn’t seen heat in 6 weeks!). After a LOT of heat and not much communication my hair looked the same as it did when I walked in (minus some frizz). Absolutely zero volume. Shannon was nice enough but didn’t really educate me about my hair or deva curl products or application etc then charged me full price for the “deva cut”. I was so disappointed I could have cried. For the money I spent I could have purchased several different products and done it myself.

I took my daughter in for a deva cut. Our past experience at a different stylist had terrible outcomes. Shannon did an amazing job bringing my daughters curls back and full of bounce.
