I have been to this salon a while while back, got a hair cut from another Deva pro, which was a huge failure. I noticed a new Deva pro and went for another cut. I now realize, in order to cut naturally curly hair, you must have a special TALENT. The cut is nonexistent, the application and amount of product is overwhelming.
