curl power @ my salon suite

Marisol did my very first dry cut and I am hooked! She spent so much time educating and really teaching me how to train and style my curls. She is an artist and a perfectionist and is examining every curl even as you walk out door. I will be recommending her to all my curly friends!

Marisol did an amazing job on my hair and took time with my hair. She taught me how to properly take care of it. She is so patient and kind with her customers and really cares about her craft! She did my highlights perfect and knew exactly what my hairs needs were. I now know all the things I was doing wrong. Please if you have curly hair go to Marisol! She is a miracle worker with curls. I’ll be going back in the future :)

Since it was my first visit, Marisol asked a series of questions regarding how I washed and styled my hair. She then examined my hair and noticed that my length was uneven in spots and it did not blend well in the back which gave a noticeable layer look (I had noticed that too.). She also asked how often I used a clarifying shampoo.....what??! Was that the reason my hair was looking so straight lately? Yep, there was so much build up of product on my hair that my curls didn't have a chance! I can say that after Marisol cut and colored my hair, that my hair has not looked this healthy in a long time. It's been almost a month since that visit and my hair is still looking fabulous. I would strongly recommend Marisol. She is professional, knows her stuff and her prices are reasonable.
